My current roommate maybe moving out soon for a job and I’m looking for a new roommate to take over her room. I’m in a two bed, two bath apartment with en-suite bathrooms. The complex has a gym, pool, & valet trash. We would split rent which is around $850 each, water is included in rent and split electricity.

I’m clean and open minded. I love to read, watch tv, and practice yoga. I would prefer to be friends or friendly with my roommate but it isn’t a requirement. I cook on the weekends and am mainly a homebody.
