Apt is located in one of the best neighborhoods in yonkers. Outside has patio with table/chairs use of BBQ. Room is 12ā€™x14ā€™ queen size bed 2 dressers and tv with firestick wifi connect. Shared living Rm dining Rm and kitchen which I keep very clean

About the roomies

Iā€™m mostly out of the house during the week do to work. Weekend Iā€™d be home more but with family and friends again mostly out . Like cooking, bbq ,watching sports but also have tv in my bedroom so would happy to watch in there . Very respectful of privacy and space so if your the quiet type that fine I mind my own business but also friendly
