Very quiet neighborhood close to town close to schools. Very large backyard the room has a single bed dresser and an armoire
I’m a senior citizen that works and I rent two rooms out one is rented right now but will be available June 1st and the other is available right now. We have internet and there’s a TV in the front room that gets Roku but the bedrooms don’t have TVs in them if you want a TV in your room you’d have to pay for the hook up through Cox. I have a dog I am allergic to cats I smoke but only in the garage or backyard. There will be cooking Privileges and laundry privileges. I don’t approve of drugs in the house or on my property and no parties and no overnight guests.
