Each bedroom has a decent closet. You would be sharing one and a half baths with me. So you have plenty of space for a separate living room room or office.

It’s in a funky location behind a masonic building on a busy street and yet it is completely set back on a pond with a yard and a park next-door and a dock and a fire pit. Totally new renovation top to bottom. Four bedrooms and one and a half baths with in unit laundry and a brand new stunning kitchen. Living room, dining room, basement storage. All hardwood floors, and central AC and heat with new mini splits.

You would just be sharing the house with me and my 7 pound Chihuahua. He is not barker unless we’re getting a delivery and the location is great as it is set off from the main road completely. He’s very sweet and loving. I work from home as a chef and as a functional Medicine health coach. I’ve had dozens of roommates and I am great and really easy to live with. The house would be furnished, and the kitchen would be completely stocked with fabulous things to cook with. I lead a very active life when I’m not working. I’ve spent a ton of time outside. I would actually be able to kayak from the house and I have an extra to share! I love to see live music and spend time with friends.

I am looking for somebody who’s mature, responsible and easy-going, and likes to keep a clean house.
