Looking for a roommate in North Port, FL. The house is about 2000 sq ft and the room itself is about 12x10ft. There is a queen bed and Tv already in the room and i do have some minor furnishings if need be, i can also remove any furnishings you don’t want in the room. The rent is 800 and that includes all utilities, we can discuss first, last and security, but I’d be willing to work with you on those as well. There is some carpet missing on the room if that is an issue, i can replace it, for now it is as is. Lastly, no pets pls. More specifically no predator animals, as we have a pet rabbit in our room and something happened in the past to one of our rabbits due to a roommates pet and we don’t wanna relive that

About the roomies

Its just me and my Fiancé . We are both 35, but we look quite young. She is disabled and stays quietly in the room most of the day. I take care of her as well as i can, but i also work from home. I have a separate room that is an office and i travel decently regularly for work

We have a pet rabbit so for the most part we do not want any predator pets in the house. We like to drink and smoke and relax. Its a pretty chill household all together
