About the room

This month to month no strings attached room rental includes a master bedroom with a walk in closet and private full bathroom with a decent size tub on the second floor. Bed is not included, but I have a rather large desk in that room currently. It can be moved to a different room if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with most cooking needs and includes a dishwasher. I have a rather large fenced in back yard with a fire pit. Internet, Netflix, washer and dryer. I will install locks for the bedroom door, so only the renter can have access to the living space.
