The people living in the house are gregarious, sociable, kind, and intelligent college students from Reed college. I am an honest, sensible landlord who doesn’t want to profit off the property but merely keep the house, which is why the rent is as low as possible. I work a full time job and vigorously write fantasy novels everyday.
