This is a second Floor Apartment, with a shared Kitchen and living area. The apartment is a 3 bedroom two bath, with two bedrooms on the second floor off a private hallway with a shared bath, then a third bedroom on the third floor with it’s ensuite bathroom. This is the smaller of the bedrooms on the second floor. while the room is smaller, it’s still a great space, also it has one of the largest closest in the apartment. Great neighborhood, close to downtown and trains from JFK/UMass , walking distance to south bay area. No smoking in the house or on the front porch. No Cats. The room is not furnished.

The roomies are two professional males, one in design and construction, the other in finance, both gay, cool with everyone. Would prefer another male, but total open to chat with anyone! Mainly we’re looking for someone else who is chill, no drama, good vibes.
