Hi! My roommate (26M) and I (23M) are looking to fill 2 rooms in our 4bed/2bath in Charles Village. There’s potential for subletting over the summer but guaranteed that these two rooms will open up on August 1. We’ve got a large, furnished common space, with a backyard, basement, in-unit laundry, free on-street parking, living and dining room. The neighborhood is filled with beautiful rowhomes, local bars and cafes, and a mix of students, families, artists, and young professionals. Also, we have two cats, but we’d prefer to not add more animals to the mix.

We’re both pretty outgoing young professionals, so we’re looking for like-minded people to join us! I (23M) work as a civil engineer on pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure projects, and in my free time I like to bike around the city and go rock climbing. My roommate Billy (26M) works as an artist and graphic designer and is into painting at his studio at the copycat and fashion in his free time.
