Renting Room Starting June 1st
Downtown location 2300 square foot house.
Just me and my sweet beagle pup looking for a chill preferably female roommate (30-40 ideal age range) no pets preferred, but open for discussion. 1.5 acres. Bedroom plus upstairs loft is yours with full bathroom, washer and drier on site. Additional guest bathroom, and willing to share office space. Bedroom includes bed. And upstairs loft has tv and futon and additional closet space- you can do whatever with it!
Prefer someone sane, easier going, cleanliness is important. Walking distance to downtown Franklin. Includes utilities, WiFi and split lawn care. Once a month professional deep cleaning included as well. Pics below
