Utilities are split 50/50 and average between 150 to 200 per month each person. Includes electric, gas, water, internet, garbage. General cleaning and yard work is split between roommates.

I am a 40 year old single male. I work at home 75% of the time doing IT work, and travel 25%. Looking for a reliable roommate to finish out the rest of the lease, with the option of staying longer if things are going well.
