The Apartment is 920sq/ft, Two Bedroom & 1 bath. For reference? You can check out the Redwood option from The Lodge in Blue Springs. The area is kept up nicely, tenants are rather quiet & the atmosphere as well. The room is a two door, locking one door deal. Decent sized closet.
Living room has a 65 inch 4k TV, entertainment Stand, and stainless-steel appliances. Roomba, Air Fryer, Kureig, and a Security System. Multiple Cameras (For your safety and mine), A Biometric Doorlock & Safety Latch.
About the roomies
I keep to myself for the most part, I keep up with daily chores & keep the place as clean as possible at all times. I prefer cleanliness than anything.
About other living in the apartment? Since we are on the top floor, we do not have to worry about tenants beside us, or above us. So there’s little to no real interactions. Again, it’s a rather quiet and nice place.
