This is a 3 bedroom house facing the golf course with a beautiful view in a nice, quiet, gated-community across from Brownwood & next to the new, super Walmart. Nice, easy living! I even have a golf cart you can use to take to the lounge, pool, or any activity here. It’s fun!

The room has a king sized bed (never used), closet & I’ll buy a dresser. TV can be installed. Washer & dryer are fairly new. Kitchen is great. Everything works well, as should be expected. I keep the home clean, well-stocked, and enjoyable to live in.

There is a good free gym, community clubhouse with dinner and lounge, golf course, tennis, pickleball, pool, hot tub, billiards room, fishing lakes, and more.

About the roomies

The owner is a sharp, single, young 50 year old male, Penn State graduate, business owner in executive recruiting, AI software, & IT Consulting. I work from home, workout, stay fit, healthy, very clean

I moved my father into a bedroom room. He’s 77, slowing down, but nice, funny, cool, & loves people. Reminds me of Jack Nicholson. He mostly just watches TV.

Every day at 5PM he likes to have happy hour on the porch with beers & smokes (never smokes inside) Not a party home with any problems, just nice and fun.

We would like to have a roommate that is friendly, funny, interesting, outgoing, clean, and easy to live with.
