Mall (approx. 1 mile away).. and Parks, also many freeways to choose the 5/605/105/60 - location very centralized, but not too close to traffic . We live in front of an Elementary school it may be used for a walking “exercise” option.. All our neighbors are kind and respectful, most are adult citizens homeowners…. I live with my long time wifey , she works mornings… , we will be Servicing the property (meaning cleaning bathroom daily, and grounds)) My brother also has a private/detached full ADU unit, its connected to the actual home… he works mornings also… “So, all tenants will be living separately” in private.. Where looking for a tenant that will respect our home , no smoking on premises of any kind, no alcohol, no pets very very (sorry), also no sleep overs - visitors til midnite , thank you G.Lo
