I’m looking for a kind, dependable woman to live with us rent-free (value: ~$2200/mo) in exchange for helping care for my mom and keeping our home running smoothly. I work from home and I’m hands-on with her care most days , I just need someone reliable here when I am busy working at home to take the lead and when I step out or have obligations I can’t move.

Weekly Schedule Monday — With Suzanne all day. Home overnight. Tuesday — With Suzanne through morning and early afternoon until 3–4pm. Part-time ok after. Back home between 10pm–midnight to stay all night. Wednesday — Fully free day and night. No overnight required. Thursday — With Suzanne through morning and early afternoon until 3–4pm. Part-time ok after. Back home between 10pm–midnight to stay all night. Friday — With Suzanne all day and all night. Full overnight. Saturday — On 2 Saturdays/month. Off 2 Saturdays/month. Sunday — On 2 Sundays/month. Off 2 Sundays/month. Suzanne sometimes sleeps all day, the caregiver is still needed at home on those days. Being there is the job. Emy travels and has nights away frequently on weekends and occasionally weekdays , full coverage required on those days. WIlling to work around your schedule. Lets chat

Note on living space: I’m currently in a studio and actively upgrading to a 2BR/2BA 2 story unit (But I wont do this until I find the right person in order to justify the price increase in rent but looking at June 7th. The setup will have you close to my mom , I will have her on the main level and your area will be on the same floor as her in partitioned area…so you’re within reach if she needs anything overnight. The new place is HUGE.
Daily & Weekly Schedule Suzanne sets the pace — she might be up at 3am, 5am, or 6am needing medication, or she might sleep until 1 or 2pm. The caregiver follows her rhythm. Most mornings she’s up around 8am.
🌅 Morning — whenever she wakes
Vitals check immediately — oxygen levels and heart rate Confirm oxygen is correctly in nose Morning medications — Fluoxetine, Steroid 20mg, Baby Aspirin, Stool softener Breyna inhaler — 2 puffs Coffee, water, protein drink Breakfast — her choice Diaper check and change — wipe gently front and back, cream on booty and back Colostomy bag check Change her shirt News on TV Feed Maverick at 10am Turn on iRobot
☀️ Throughout the Day
Vitals check every 2 hours Grey-blue inhaler — 2 puffs, 3 hours after Breyna Nebulizer treatment — at least once daily Lunch — stay present while she eats Water and Boost/Ensure snacks regularly Encourage bathroom use — full assist Engagement — puzzles, conversation, TV, FaceTime family (about once a week) Meds Wheelchair outing — Tuesdays and Sat or Sun Daily tidying and organizing — all rooms
🌙 Evening — 8pm to midnight whenever she’s ready
Close windows and blinds Feed Maverick at 6:30pm Dinner — stay present while she eats Breyna inhaler — 2 puffs Meds Diaper change — wipe gently front and back, cream on butt and back Colostomy bag check Final vitals check — confirm oxygen in place for overnight Settle her in for the night
