The room includes: -Private en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, linen cabinet. Not shared) -Large walk-in closet -Bedroom door with lock for privacy -TV + Roku in the room -Option for Furnished or Unfurnished (the images do not contain the current furnishings)

All utilities are included: -Electric -Water -WiFi -Streaming bundle (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Max, Peacock, Spotify) -No separate bills

Rent is $1100/month. I am open to flexible arrangements for the right person and happy to discuss options.

Full transparency this is an active family home. I have young kids, so it can be busy and occasionally loud in the afternoons and evenings. I also have animals.

This setup is a great fit for someone who works nights or an alternative schedule, since the home is quiet during typical daytime sleeping hours.
