It’s also just a quick drive to downtown Durango, while still being far enough out to avoid the noise and congestion. I’m a working professional who keeps a clean, respectful, and low-key living environment. I’m married and split my time between Durango and our home in Plano. My wife does come visit me every few weeks or vice versa. So I’m not always at the apartment.
