The condo is an end-unit townhome with great natural light and foothills views, located in a convenient area of Fort Collins with easy access around town. The layout is comfortable with a spacious main living room and updated flooring and paint.
The original dining area has been converted into a second living space, so there is always somewhere to go even in shared areas. This works really well for a roommate setup.
There is an open greenbelt right outside, which is great for getting outside or relaxing. High-speed Connexion fiber internet is already set up.
The location is close to Old Town, CSU, New Belgium, Odell Brewing, the Poudre Trail, and King Soopers, so everything is within a short drive.
We keep the home clean and organized, so it stays a comfortable place to live.
Overall, it is a clean and comfortable setup for someone looking for a low-stress place to live.
About the roomies
It’s just me and my girlfriend living here. We both work during the week and keep things pretty low-key—clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
We enjoy getting outside and taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer. If you’re into things like mountain biking, road cycling, backpacking, fly fishing, paragliding, or kayaking, you’d fit right in.
Overall, we’re looking for someone who’s responsible, considerate, and values a relaxed living environment.
