Looking for housemate to share a two-story condo w me (25 y/o F)! Beautiful condo, terrific location- on the border of Chevy Chase, Silver Spring and DC. I live downstairs, you would live upstairs. Each floor is over 700 sq. feet. We would have pretty separate spaces, other than an open staircase between the two. We each have a private entrance, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Your bedroom has huge closets with built-ins and sliding mirrored doors. Your living area is furnished, bedroom only has a desk. Shared kitchen (your floor, but I wont use it much) and laundry (my floor). Rent listed is your share, and it includes all utilities (high speed internet, water, electric, etc.).

My ideal housemate is easygoing, considerate, and open to communication. I am realistically tidy and quiet. I love interior design and enjoy having a welcoming space. I have friends over a couple times a month and my boyfriend is over about 1/3 of the days. My schedule is varied but I work away from home most days.
