About the room

We live in a nice executive home built with spacious layout to give everyone privacy. Our home features dual downstairs master bedroom en-suites. The room available is the extra master bedroom opposite side of the house of ours.
Room includes queen bed, dresser, chest, nightstand, desk, chair, double door closet with lots of storage, wooden shutters and ceiling fan and tv. You are welcome to use your own bedding and decorate to your own style. The room has plenty of space to add some of your belongings. The bathroom is very spacious with shower and jacuzzi jet tub. Shared living space includes laundry, kitchen , game room and our beautiful outdoor area.Our home is nestled on 3 acres right here in the middle of town it’s our own slice of heaven. Our home is located in the City limits of Olive Branch but right on the line close to Southaven near Snowden Grove, Silo Square , Bangers Pickleball, New sports bars and fine dining. We are also close to Wedgewood golf course and Olive Branch Country Club. If you like to work out we have Jane’s Gym , Planet Fitness and the DAC in the area.. There is a little bit of everything around and we are just a short drive to interstate 55 or 78 for easy access to travel. We do have nice outdoor area to relax in there is a big tv to watch the game, outdoor cooking area and fireplace. There is also a game room upstairs where you can chill , relax and hang out enjoy a game of pool, darts, shuffle board , it has big tv lounge area and kitchenette . We are really just looking for a new roomie preferably female since our other two are female , must have a job and work outside the home . We all work outside the home. We will consider another couple depending on the circumstances. At this time no pets or children will live in the home . Children and family are allowed to visit. Our children are grown but do still visit! Our new roomie must be family friendly, with values, morals and respect for others. We are not perfect but we are a Christian family so someone who shares in our same beliefs is important to us. We consider ourselves pretty laid back for the most part. No drugs, no drama, no heavy drinking, no smoking inside . We want everyone to enjoy living here and safety is our top priority. Home is in a very safe neighborhood in a very peaceful environment especially if you like outdoors.

About the roomies

We are a couple with no kids living at home . We have children that visit . No pets . We have plenty of wildlife outside to enjoy!We have two other roomies both female their rooms are upstairs. We all get along great! Everyone works outside the home.
