We’re a father and son living in the home. One of us is a business owner and the other is a student. We keep a pretty quiet, respectful, and drama-free environment.

We’re both focused on work and staying productive, so the house is usually calm and not a party environment. We’re easygoing, communicative, and keep shared spaces clean.
