About the room

Two private rooms for rent, side by side, just feet away from UVU campus. Perfect for friends taking summer classes that want to live together! The Green on Campus Drive has many amenities, including a pool, three hot tubs, two gyms, a clubhouse, a pickleball court, a volleyball court, and several nice patios for hangouts or barbeques! Plus, the Green puts on monthly activities for its residents. Guaranteed covered parking for every resident in the garage. The apartment itself is on the ground floor right across from the parking garage, so you won’t have to carry your groceries very far. Windows face a protected courtyard, so you won’t have to worry about noise or eyes from the street. In-unit laundry, smart TV, and plenty of hot water. No carpet means that it’s easy to sweep and keep the place clean! One room is slightly larger and costs a little more than the other. Large room is $792/month, including all fees and taxes. Lease is up at the end of July, but then you can renew if you want. I will pay the transfer fee and first month’s rent for whoever wants to take over one or both of the leases.

About the roomies

The two other roommates are young guys in their twenties. They’ve got there own side of the apartment over there and we don’t interact much besides in passing.
