This two story house is in a quiet s/d in Athens and on the bus line line or walking distance from some of the neighborhood pubs and stores. The community has sidewalks throughout and mixed with families, professionals and college students.

I retired early from the real estate field and live with a 14 pound little lap dog who is super friendly named Styx. I am a huge music lover and enjoy live concerts and Athens has a lot of great bands.
