You will get your own half bath (toilet) and shared shower. 10 minute walk from Target and laundromat on the same block as well as many grocery stores and restaurants on Church Ave. Rent is month to month lease and I have paid 810 including utilities. Security deposit is 750, May 1 move in and I am happy to leave bed frame and mattress as well as a plastic cart/dresser if wanted!
