About the room
3 bedrooms are available, including a master bedroom. Each Room has different prices. The master bedroom is $750 is available with a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located with a shared bathroom for $650. Each room comes with access to shared common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a cozy living room, laundry facilities, and an outdoor kitchen for barbecues. High-speed internet is available—less than 8 minutes to HEB, Kroger and Walmart, and Lone Star College - The Woodlands just 20minutes.—no smoking in the house, no pets, no drugs. Utility bills are divided among roommates. Utilities will be between $70 to $90.
About the roomies
The owners are not living in the house. All occupants must keep the house peaceful and quiet.
