Hello! Im looking for someone to take over my lease. I’m moving to Tucson with my boyfriend and want to find someone who can become my roommate so I can drop off the lease agreement. Its a gorgeous apartment located in a prime location of Gilbert. I have about 10 months left of my lease. The apartment is called Everly at Morrison Ranch.
1 bedroom 836 sqft. Rent I’m currently paying is $1408
About the roomies
I will be moving out so you would be taking over the remainder of the lease! You would have to re qualify for the apartment on your own. I’ve barely lived in the apartment as I’ve spent a majority of the time in Tucson so the place is brand new! Happy to help with any questions you have!
