As far as I go, i’m a totally chill down to earth and relaxed 42 year-old guy who just likes to keep things peaceful.

I work in my office upstairs most of the day/evening and tend to hang out in the living room lounge with the big screen tv when i feel like relaxing.

In the end of the day, the house must be a sanctuary. A place we’re my own as well as your boundaries are respected and maintained although you will find I am ridiculously reasonable.

You may think a living opportunity like this, basically a partially shared house where you have not just one but two rooms, a kitchen you could use in all ways, your own gorgeous bathroom and more would be way out of your range, but here’s why it may not be.

I have a solid job working from home and while i do OK, an extra income would greatly improve the quality of my life.

I am also a single guy who spends 80% of his time in 1/2 or so of the house, so quite honestly there’s no reason it couldn’t end up being the dream living setup.

I’m a 42 year-old youngish looking guy in pretty good shape who’s totally down to earth easy-going and more than willing to have a conversation when and if desired.

I can also stay completely or mostly out of your way. (I generally prefer it that way).

While I do like my privacy and like to keep things relatively quiet, I don’t mind the odd chat if the moment strikes but I’m also fine living in a more private type agreement. I am a live and let live kind of guy and generally, I like to be kept to myself.
