We will only share onsite laundry area, otherwise our spaces are completely separate and private. One occupant preferred but may consider a couple. This is a spacious private apartment with four separate rooms included in the apartment. Lots of morning sun shining in a large living room and dining area or office area, one bedroom, one bath, small kitchen with lots of cabinets as seen in photos, two large closets in bedroom. Conveniently located in Ellicott City, on the Columbia side, near rt. 100, 29 and 95. Private parking space in front of house, walking and bike paths near by, all utilities and wifi included in rent. I require a background check, 660+ credit rating clean credit history and established employment, income roughly 3x’s rent. No pets, no smoking, no disturbing the peace.

I’m a 62 yr old busy female professional and grandmother, I respect the renters privacy in the full and private basement level apartment, and suggest a laundry schedule that works for both of us for our shared laundry space. I advertised this apartment as a room for rent because you’ll be living in the my home and shared home wasn’t an option to list, but it is a private apartment. Mutual respect and consideration is expected and given. This is a quiet, but friendly nice neighborhood. Your private parking spot is in front of the townhouse.
