I’m 25 and will be graduating my masters program in June and want a space thats calm and rejuvenating. It’s $1000 monthly rent each, and we pay electric (ranging from $30-120 each depending on weather) and wifi ($25 each). There is off street parking and a yard. Landlord covers trash, water, snow removal, and recycling. No washer or dryer on site. Keeping things organized, clean, and respectful with each other is a must!
