About the room
I have a 3 bedroom 3 rd floor apartment ( no elevator sorry) I have a 10 yr old and 2 sweet dogs. There is food and shipping within walking distance. Looking to rent out one room and the lease is till the end of August. There is a potential if this goes well to renew.
