About the room
Two story home in downtown Sutter Creek, off of Main St. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bath, all yours except for a few times a year my Mom visits from out of town and uses a bedroom upstairs. I have a macaw and she gets rowdy sometimes, so if that will bother you, this isn’t a good fit. Very low traffic household, only person who comes to my house is my Mom. Full house privileges, driveway parking, washer and dryer, Starlink Internet service, room can be furnished or not.
About the roomies
I keep to myself and prefer someone who is low key and doesn’t have a lot of visitors. I am not a super chatty person, so if you’re looking for company and a room, this probably isn’t it. Lol… just being upfront. I work during the week and outside in the yard on weekends. I take my bird to the lake every weekend in the summer to paddle board. I have extra boards if you’re into that kind of thing and would like to go. Downtown Sutter Creek is great. It’s a nice neighborhood with awesome neighbors and a fun place to live.
