Property is located in Walsh Ranch. You’ll get your own room and bathroom Looking for someone close to my age(31). No smoking, no drugs and no animals. You’ll have to help maintain a clean house and be respectful. There’s a lot of amenities included in Walsh Ranch, such as, gym, trails, pickle ball / tennis courts, basketball court, and much more. You’ll have to park on the street.

I’m 31, work part time in office and part time at home. I’m looking for someone ideally my age who doesn’t smoke, drinking is fine as long as you aren’t an alcoholic. I mostly keep to myself and I’d like to roommate with someone who I can get along with and have similar lifestyles in the way we live and exercise. Having guess over is fine as long as it’s kept reasonable and it doesn’t turn into them living in the house.
