This a family friendly home my daughter is in college, my husband and me, This room is peaceful medium sized with shared bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. We have a friendly quite old medium sized dog that doesn’t go up stairs (princess). There is street parking. There is a shared kitchen and laundry room available. The $200 deposit can be made in two payments. 10 minutes drive from South Park meadows shopping center. (Grocery, gym, shopping, entertainment, and more.) 20 minutes drive from downtown Austin. 30 minutes drive from San Marcos.
My husband (57), and me (52) have a daughter (22) going to college . We are professionals and love to exercise and have family time.
