(This post is actually advertising 2 available rooms, unfurnished.) This condo is about 10 mins from downtown Augusta/AU Health Science campus (great for med students). We have respectful, quiet neighbors and a park right across the street! Those moving in would likely need to share a bathroom, unless someone strongly prefers the private bed/bathroom; I’m willing to negotiate. :)

I’m a queer, nonbinary Augusta local and AU OT student about to graduate in May! I have a lovely cat and I enjoy gaming, crafting, going to local downtown events and catching up on shows I’ve never watched in my free time. I’m looking for 2 roommates to move in with me ideally by July of this year!
