About the room
Me and my brother are currently residing in a spacious, 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in North Lynnwood, and we are looking for a couple or two bunkmates to fill the primary suite. The primary includes a private bathroom, 2 closets, and a designated parking space. Rent+Utilities including internet would be $800 EACH or $1600 total. Unit amenities include a parking space right in front of our building, in-unit laundry machines, dishwasher, a balcony, vaulted ceiling and individually controlled room-to-room heating. Apartment amenities include an Amazon locker, rec room, pool, and gym.
No pets or illegal drugs. While marijuana is legal, and we do not at all mind high roomies, all smoking MUST be taken off property as the management here is STRICT with the non-smoking policy and has threatened other tenants with eviction in the past. No smoking indoors or on the balcony, you will need to walk to the road. Apologies in advance.
Decisions must be made and a 12-month lease signed by April 26th, but move-in can range from right away to June 1st. Reach out if interested or if you have any further questions, me and my brother are happy to arrange a meeting for a mutual vibe check.
About the roomies
Me and my brother are members of the LGBT+ community and are both fervently anti-ICE and anti-Trump. We hope to find roommates that will respect the common areas, but also utilize them to cook, play games, and craft, just as we do. While any new roommate could keep to themselves in their room, and there is certainly enough space to do so, itβd be great to gain a friend who will join for movie nights and board games when the mood strikes.
