My current roommates are moving out at the end of May, so I am looking for two roommates to fill a 3 bed/2 bath. The rooms available are the non-primary rooms (I live in the primary room) and share a bathroom. These two rooms also have assigned garage parking spots. I park on the street. The unit is on the top floor, has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and air conditioning. Room 1 is $1200 and room 2 is $1350

The complex is gated and has amenities such as pools, tennis courts, and a community room. In terms of getting around San Diego, the I-5 is easily accessible from the condo. We are also walking distance from the Morena/Linda Vista trolley station, and a 5-minute drive from the Tecolote Road station.

I am a 29-year-old woman who is a grad student at UCSD. I like to go on runs, watch TV and movies, and play video games. I typically work 9-5 and like to keep to myself when I’m at home.
