About the room

This is a listing for a sublease one bed in a females-only house of 4. The listing for the summer. You will have a bed, desk, sofas, refrigerator, vanity, bathroom, balcony and walk-in closet. There’s Wi-Fi included in this sublease. I will cover electricity and other such charges. You will only pay $40 0. You will have to move out by 16th August 2026.

There is a huge area for studying at the Lofts at Wolf Pen Creek. Also a lot of private study rooms open 24/7 The gym is also a sizable one with all the essentials open 24/7. Private yoga rooms also available 24/7 with huge mirror displays for exercises. A cool theater + cycling room, where you can watch YouTube videos from the iPad on a big projector with your friends or alone. Two very clean and fresh pools for the daily summer dip. A volleyball court with sand. A lot of ways to chill, like the balcony. Our apartment is well decorated, with very sweet roommates. Most of my roommates will not be home in the summer, you will see them very less. The house will mostly be all yours to enjoy. It is very close to HEB. The Wolf Pen Creek park is across the street. Also the campus bus Aggie Spirit comes right there at our apartments. Getting packages from Amazon is very easy the front desk handles it great. Finally, there’s pool tables! 🎱
