Furnished room with adjoining, separate bathroom. Technically it’s a Jack and Jill bathroom but the other bedroom leading to it is empty and no one else uses it. House is on a quiet cut-de-sac street, with little traffic and lots of parking available. House has laundry, kitchen and pool. The room can be cleared if you prefer unfurnished. It’s near the intersection of Plano Rd & Buckingham.

I’m over 60 and pretty quiet. I work during the day, am home most evenings and currently don’t have any pets. My family comes in the afternoons summer weekends and holidays to swim but evenings are typically quiet. I tend to be cold natured so I keep my house slightly warmer than some (74 +) so if your hot natured this may not be the best fit unless you can cool your room independently.
