Large private bedroom room for rent for 1 person ONLY in Patterson, NC. House is located a little off US-321 North. We are surrounded by woods on over 2 acres with only a couple of neighbors. We are about 25 minutes from Boone and 25 minutes from Hickory. Room dimensions are 11’x 15’8“. Includes closet, 2 dressers, 3 end tables, 1 wardrobe, mini fridge, and small 32“ TV. Room has its own private entrance with a table and 2 chairs outside. Or you are welcome to use the main shared entrance. Room has 2 big windows that let in lots of beautiful sunlight or you are more than welcome to put up light blocking curtains if that’s your thing! Also house has been updated with a split HVAC unit system, which means that you have complete control over the your air conditioning and heating temps in your room. Rent includes electric, water, and high speed Internet. Renter will NOT have access to washer due to our well being low, but you will have access to the dryer. Renter has access to kitchen and dishwasher. Renter will have their own private half bath but will have to use the main shared bathroom for showers/bath.

NO ANIMALS! SORRY! We love dogs, but we already have several dogs, 2 of which are elderly and quite set in their ways! Our dogs are inside dogs but are outside with us quite a bit so must love dogs! Also, our dogs are well trained to use the bathroom outside, so no need to worry about urine/poop smells.
