About the room
Apartment is quiet and the people here are friendly. We have a nice balcony for the warmer months with a great view of the nature preserve. You would have you own bedroom and bathroom. Shared space has a couch and a TV but if you have some furniture it could fit.
About the roomies
Just me living here with a cuddly cat and mid sized dog, about 30 lbs who’s sweet as can be. I mostly keep to my room gaming unless I’m cooking or walking my dog. I’m clean and respectful of boundaries. I have most kitchen appliances and dishes that you’re welcome to share or if you prefer your own, I can put mine in storage. I’m open to being friends but also able to keep to myself.
