Hello! My name is Monica, and my current roommate and I are looking to welcome a third roommate to our shared home in Southeast Austin.

About the Home: Location: Southeast Austin, within a quiet neighborhood featuring a community pool and walking trails. Conveniently located near McKinney Falls State Park and only 10 minutes from downtown Austin. Amenities: Large backyard, fully furnished common areas, and ample parking. Room Details: The available room is spacious and includes a closet. You’ll share 1.5 baths with one roommate. Pets: We have two friendly dogs and cats in the home, so pet lovers are a plus! However, we prefer no additional pets at this time to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Rent & Utilities: Rent: Approximately $700 - $740 per month, with utilities included (utilities may fluctuate by $30 - $50 based on usage).
