hello Future Flatwater,

I have Lightly Furnished Room MASTER bedroom for rent.

You can see the bed frame (mattress not included) and drawers in the photos but the rest of the stuff will be removed. We can discuss further if you prefer it to be vacant.

Includes a PRIVATE bathroom, WALK-IN closet and ATTACHED BALCONY.

Street parking with permit but possible tandem on occasion can be discussed.

About the apartment:

2 bedroom/2 bathroom on the 2nd floor in a 17 unit apartment located in NoHo/Toluca Lake area.

Close to Universal Studios, Metro Redline, Trader Joes, Ralphs and NoHo Arts District.

Quiet, secure and gated building with great neighbors who look out for each other.

Central AC/Heat/Fireplace

Additional Balcony in Living room

High Ceilings

Laundry in Building.

Some things to keep in mind:

Small Cozy Kitchen so not ideal if you need space to cook.

Sadly no additional storage space.

Shoes off apartment.

I work in and out the apartment and my schedule varies daily so prefer someone who works outside of the home so we don’t run into each other.

I don’t smoke, vape, drink or do drugs for the most part so prefer the same.

I rarely have people over and even more rare with overnight guests.

My home is my PRIVATE zen space and I hope it will be yours as well.

I’m friendly but more introverted. I like to decorate for the holidays and I occasionally work catering events and bring back food to share.

2 awesome cats also live here too. They follow me everywhere and will hide in my room when I am gone. Cats do throw up and poop and track litter even as much as I clean up.

Also I my one cat is territorial so I can’t have another cat but would consider a small dog if well trained and gets along with my cats.

Ideal Flatwater is clean, quiet, mature, respectful, responsible and happily employed.

I prefer straightforward communication and resolving concerns quickly.

Community area kept clean and tidy. Dishes washed daily-ish.

ROOM IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY.

$800 includes basic utilities plus security deposit and refundable cleaning fee. Will require credit check, references & proof of income.
