Hello, my name is Kristopher. I am 43 years old and I have a Room for rent in my 1800sqf 3/2 house with an in-ground pool for $800 which includes all utilities and there is a $100 non-refundable move in/cleaning fee. Term is month to month, 30-day notice either way; but I look for tenants wishing to stay at least 6 months if possible!

I’ve rented to males and females before. I’ve recently completely remodeled the house top to bottom, and I figured I would rent it again to the right person that is VERY QUIET and VERY CLEAN. The kitchen rule is always cleaner than before you cooked!

The house is beautiful inside and out and everyone that has rented from me has stayed for a while. The room is furnished with a QUEEN PILLOW TOP bed, new pillow, TV, Desk, mattress cover and comforters. The room has new windows and flooring, and we have Super-Fast Unlimited internet!

We are both super quiet, very clean, respectful, adults, have great hygiene, stick to ourselves, and expect only the same from you! We like to cook family style ‘from time to time’ or order large pizzas or tacos, even though we mostly stick to ourselves and are Private. So as long as everyone puts in their piece there’s plenty to go around! A nice clean safe and quiet place for everyone to be able to sleep!
