Welcome to our four-bed, two-bath home with tons of natural light, hardwood floors, a large kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and plenty of storage. Utilities are split evenly between all housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. Parking is super easy as the house has a long private driveway and unzoned parking throughout the neighborhood. The living spaces are furnished with two large couches and a 50-inch 4k screen, however, your bedroom is unfurnished. You are 5-10 minutes from the blue, orange, silver, and yellow metro lines. You are also close to downtown Ballston, Clarendon, Courthouse, and Rosslyn.
You will share a bathroom with one person (male). No other pets or couples at this time. Lease length is one year with the option to sublet your space at any time at no additional cost to you.

About the roommates: One just graduated from the University of Oregon and is starting a new job in sales in September. The second is from a small beach town in North Carolina and graduated from The Citadel with a degree in finance. He recently accepted a sales role with a building company and enjoys fishing and other outdoor activities while being laid back and outgoing.
