In search of one friendly, responsible roommate in their late 20s, 30s, or 40s for a large bedroom (one year lease starting July 1 or earlier if needed) in a beautiful shared house in Superior. Garage with storage space for bikes/gear/etc. Lovely backyard with patio, furniture, grill, some garden space. Great natural light throughout. House is one block from neighborhood open space trails. Utilities and household expenses (toilet paper, dish soap, etc) are separate, split 3 ways.

You would be joining two other roommates in the house - Elle (they/them) and myself (Audrey, she/her). About me - after many years in research and clinical trials I now work at a small regenerative raw dairy farm and teach yoga at a local rec center. I’m in my 30s and hobbies include yin yoga, being with friends, biking, veggie gardening, hammocking, listening to music, nature, meditation, thrift shopping, crafting, volunteering with MAPS/MDMA advocacy, and miscellaneous adventures. I’m friendly, respectful, clean up after myself, and am a good communicator. Elle - I work in the outdoor industry guiding trips. I’m in my late 20s and am very clean and tidy, kind, empathetic, and quiet. I spend a lot of time outdoors - climbing, trail running, cycling. Im sober and don’t drink or smoke. We have one gentle, elderly cat who sleeps about 20hrs a day.

Looking for someone in their late 20s-40s (F/Female Identifying/NB/queer preferred) who want to be part of a peaceful, friendly, cooperative household vibe with roommates who enjoy each other’s company and maybe want to share some conversation and good times, and also respect each other’s space and do their own thing. Being a good fit includes cleaning up after yourself and staying tidy in common spaces (but not excessive or high-strung about it), being comfortable sometimes sharing common spaces quietly with others, and communicating well. Looking for folks who do not work from home full time. No smoking. No drama.
