• Bedroom: partially furnished 11 by 11 large closet, and plenty of natural light.
• Bathroom: Shared with 1 person.
• Common Areas: Access to a fully equipped kitchen, laundry WiFi available The Rules (Strictly Enforced):
• No Smoking: Absolutely no excessive drinking smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, etc.) inside the house.
• No Drugs: This is a drug-free home.
• Quiet Hours: We respect each other’s sleep; quiet hours are from [e.g., 11pm to 7am
