I have a cozy comfortable place to call home in Daphne AL. This is for single adult individuals as we cannot accommodate children or pets. Home is furnished including sheets and towels. This shared housing with 2 people in each bedroom. This is a clean safe perfect solution for seniors or someone on a fixed income or works. It is less than 2 miles away from Hwy 181 which has many stores and businesses to be able to work. This is a shared cooperative living arrangement. All bills will be included. We accept self-pay (if qualified), and for those who do not qualify due to bad credit, bad rental history, insufficient income, etc., we also accept SSI/SSDI through an approved payee, vouchers, or any other type of rental assistance through an approved 3rd party.

This home has 6 beds and will be either all men or all women based on whom ever comes first.
