The recreation room can be used for private parties, with a refundable deposit. You get the front bedroom, not large, but you also get the large adjoining room for an office, a workroom, or some storage. The work area includes some of my printing equipment. You get full access to the kitchen, living room, and laundry area. Your private bathroom adjoins your bedroom. Utilities included. My bedroom is at the opposite end of the house.
