Sunny beautiful large private room comes fully furnished! (queen bed with new mattress, bedside table, lamp, curtains, DRESSER!!) All the furniture is new. It is very very nice and has everything u will need. Just 600 a month with shared bathroom and VERY LARGE kitchen! Its just me (24F) and my cat, he is friendly. There is offstreet parking available, and a HUGE backyard with a nice lawn, perfect for hammocking! Also has a large porch with a table and chairs. Room is currently being used as a storage space for furniture that I have to sell. It will for sure be available by June 1st, but earlier is always a possibility. Located near coppertop church, very nice central location for the city. Roommate must be cannabis friendly. Hi Im Sophia! I am 24 years old living alone with my cat Bunny Boy. He is friendly with people and small children. He isn’t so sure about new animals at first, but I’m thinking maybe he could handle another cat if they got along. I enjoy reasonable quiet as well as my personal space. I spend most of my time at home, I work 4 days a week for 8hrs. I just ask that there will not be large groups of people coming and going from the property. I would prefer to meet any regular visitors if they will be around my belongings and animal when I’m not around. I don’t really know how to cook but open to learning. I have pretty much all the supplies. The apartment is pretty clean and I hope to keep it that way as much as possible :) Overall, just looking for someone cool i can vibe with that is respectful of personal space and things like that since I will still be paying the majority of the rent for the property.
