Room for Rent – Prime Location Near K-Town & La Brea! Hi there! We are looking for a great new roommate to join our home. Our place is perfectly situated right between Koreatown and La Brea, making it super convenient for commuting, amazing food, and exploring the city. The Space • The Room: Clean, cozy, and ready for you to move in! • Shared Living: You’ll have full access to our shared kitchen and dining area—perfect for morning coffee or cooking a nice dinner. • Transport: We are located very close to major bus stops for an easy commute. • Parking: We have a dedicated parking spot available for an additional $100/month if you need it (a huge plus in this neighborhood!). A Note on Pets We are a one-pet household! We have a resident cat who is a very important ESA (Emotional Support Animal). Because he is quite territorial and likes being the “king of the castle,” we cannot allow any additional pets in the home. We want to ensure a stress-free environment for him and for you!
